V\u0161echno to za\u010dalo celkem nevinn\u011b. K\u00e1mo\u0161ka mi p\u0159i k\u00e1v\u011b a dort\u00edku jen tak mezi \u0159e\u010d\u00ed prohodila: P\u0159idej se ke mn\u011b na lekce plav\u00e1n\u00ed, bude to sranda! No jasn\u011b, sranda. Pro ni mo\u017en\u00e1, ale m\u011b to d\u011bsilo. Studen\u00e1 voda v baz\u00e9nu, spoustu lid\u00ed, to bude hr\u016fza a co budu d\u011blat celou to hodinu v baz\u00e9nu, to ne\u017e ute\u010de\u2026 ale nechala jsem se p\u0159emluvit a zkusila jsem to a bylo to prost\u011b bo\u017e\u00ed! Te\u010f se z toho stala takov\u00e1 moje droga. Prost\u011b chci plavat a bav\u00ed m\u011b to. Chod\u00edm pravideln\u011b ka\u017ed\u00e9 pond\u011bl\u00ed, st\u0159edu a pak o v\u00edkendu. V\u00edd\u00e1m tam spoustu lid\u00ed co plavou a \u0159\u00edkaj\u00ed tolik klad\u016f, kter\u00e9 jim plav\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed, a\u0165 u\u017e zdravotn\u00ed, nebo i psychick\u00e9 a k tomu ta kr\u00e1sn\u00e1 postava, kdy\u017e uprav\u00edte stravu. Je to skv\u011bl\u00e9! A co vy plavete? Um\u00edte to je\u0161t\u011b v\u016fbec? Co t\u0159eba kurz plav\u00e1n\u00ed pro dosp\u011bl\u00e9 v Praze Plaveckytrener?To je podle m\u011b skv\u011bl\u00fd n\u00e1pad, bu\u010f pro n\u011bkoho jako d\u00e1rek, nebo pro sebe nau\u010dit se plavat, nebo se v tom aspo\u0148 zdokonalit! Plav\u00e1n\u00ed je nav\u00edc velice zdrav\u00e9 pro va\u0161e t\u011blo, hlavn\u011b pro z\u00e1da! Plavat se u\u010d\u00ed u\u017e mal\u00e9 d\u011bti, ch\u00e1pu, \u017ee se n\u011bkdo boj\u00ed, ale pro\u010d se to nenau\u010dit t\u0159eba je\u0161t\u011b v dosp\u011blosti? J\u00e1 v tom nevid\u00edm \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd probl\u00e9m! Spoustu lid\u00ed je\u0161t\u011b v d\u011btstv\u00ed \u010dasto plavou, pak, ale to je jen m\u016fj n\u00e1zor, mi p\u0159ijde, \u017ee na to tak n\u011bjak zapomenou, respektive to posunou na druhou kolej a v\u011bnujou se jin\u00fdm v\u011bcem. Rodina, \u0161kola, pr\u00e1ce apod\u2026 Ale! Pak se po \u010dase k tomu zase vrac\u00ed, v\u011bt\u0161inou u\u017e ve st\u0159edn\u00edm v\u011bku nebo star\u0161\u00ed, proto\u017ee je za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00ed bolet z\u00e1da a vid\u00ed v tom \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed.
